Healing isn’t a destination- it is the quiet return to yourself, again and again.

I’m a Registered Social Worker (#17965) offering individual and group counselling for adults navigating change, healing and self-discovery.

My approach is grounded in collaboration, connection, and compassion. Using a holistic systems view, I look at how the internal and external systems in our lives are affecting us.

Many of the people I work with are integrating trauma, experiencing identity or relational shifts, navigating change, systemic oppression, and moving through the tender thresholds of life. This includes people making reproductive decisions and those in the perinatal period and early stages of parenting. I have received additional training in reproductive and perinatal mental health.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a research assistant in the field of critical health supporting projects focused on lived experience, community wellbeing, and the impacts of systemic oppression. This continues to shape my approach- integrating curiosity, critical thinking, and a commitment to understanding people in the context of their whole lives.

I offer you a space where you can do the courageous work of exploring yourself, your patterns, and your possibilities.

Hi! I’m Jack…

Counselling Approach

I draw from a range of modalities, including relational, parts work, EMDR, DBT, and mindfulness. I tailor my support to fit your needs- whether you’re working through a tough patch or seeking a shift in perspective.

My approach is trauma- informed, anti-oppressive and affirming of all identities, bodies, and communities. This doesn’t mean I won’t make mistakes along the way- I am deeply committed to repair, feedback and re-evaluating the way I do things.

I engage regularly in ongoing study, supervision, and self-reflection.

Additional Trainings:

  • Ketamine- assisted Therapy (Ongoing- Roots to Thrive)

  • Psilocybin-assisted Psychotherapy (Ongoing-Therapsil)

  • EMDR Basic Training (EMDR Consulting)
